I became enthusiastic about breathwork after my first session in 1985. I wanted more. In later sessions I went on to dissolve more emotional knots, deeply held patterns, and questionable core beliefs that were blocking happiness and fulfillment.

The content of breathwork experiences is often surprising, immediate, and real. Usually we have little idea of what is going on deep inside. Breathwork shines a gentle yet bright beam into our souls.

Through my Practice I’m grateful for the chance to help others in the same way that I was helped.
