My personal approach to Breathwork incorporates a unique integration of Breath and body awareness,traditional counseling, NLP and Family Constellations. In private practice for nearly 20 years I am also principal of Core Connection Training’s Organisation and Core Connection Health and Wellbeing Centre in Sydney. My desire is to support the process of evolving consciousness and skill development for myself and clients with joyful enthusiasm!

Areas of expertise include work with incest and abuse recovery, infertility, self worth/ identity issues, relationships counselling and family /group dynamics. She also works with GPs and Naturopaths supporting clients whose physical health does not respond to usual treatment.
