Her passion is the power of the breath to heal our ‘being’ physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Her spiritual journey began as a trained nurse and midwife before being attracted to more preventative therapies. She had a successful remedial massage practice for over 20 years and from realising the connection between body pain and the mind has spend the last 8 years studying and practicing Breathwork.
