Rebirthing Breathwork is a gentle yet powerful activity that supports us in getting in touch with our reactive behaviour and allows us to identify the decisions that we do not know that we have made (unconscious). Through the breath, we can let go of those limiting beliefs that are no longer beneficial to us and reprogram each one of our cells with the new decision. And a creative (as opposed to reactive) life can start!
