For over 25 years Ann has explored the practical use and relevance of ancient spiritual principles and techniques. In sharing what she has learned, she has enabled individuals in Australia, Europe, USA and Asia to transform themselves and their lives.

Ann spent 9 years in the East. In China, she studied Tai chi with Grand Masters Wu Ying Hua and Ma Yueh Liang; in India, Nepal and Tibet she studied meditation; and in a secluded mountain area of Hong Kong she set up her own retreat centre. There, for seven years, she formulated and delivered trainings and ran workshops to develop the potential of individuals, groups and corporations.

Returning to Australia in 1996 to establish her base there, she has continued to work nationally and internationally. In Australia, she has been involved in a groundbreaking initiative - the unique synthesizing of the work of 5 other highly experienced Breathwork trainers and 2 Breathwork practitioner, to create an Australian government (VETAB) accredited Breathwork training and a Register Training Organisation.
