Lotte Schultz of LotteLife and Breath, is passionate about assisting people – through breathwork and inner child work – to discover a place of courage, joy and inner peace.

Lotte Schultz is a qualified breathwork practitioner and inner child therapist and is on the committee of the Australian Breathwork Association. Her specific area of breathwork is Core Connection Breathwork, a powerful process of personal transformation and healing which combines breathwork and inner child work.

Lotte grew up in Denmark and immigrated to Australia as a young woman. She spent four years living in Bangkok, Thailand, where she worked with children with disabilities as well as studying health and practicing transcendental meditation and Reki.
It was through her own experiences and challenges that Lotte became a compassionate, empathic and skillful practitioner. She has three children, born at home and hospital.She has experience health challenges including cancer.

Lotte also conducts personal development groups and weekend retreats. Lotte incorporates Breathwork, Inner Child/Core Connection therapy, Energy re-balancing, Past life regression, Soul Retrieval, Readings and Holistic Counselling. She is also a fifth generation Clairvoyant & medium offering readings and energy work.
