Welcome to Canberra Breathwork and Wellbeing! Rachel Vines works with Birth and Rebirth (Breathwork) in Canberra. Originally trained in Anthropology, Rachel is passionate about working with all people to move through life transitions in a healthy and couragous way.

Rachel also works as a birth Doula and educator of childbirth and conscious parenting.
